Calendar

The North Carolina Walking Horse Association sponsors a series of events to promote the Tennessee Walking Horse. These events include:

  • Spring Sneak Preview
  • NC Spring Horse Show
  • Annual Trail Ride
  • North Carolina Championship Walking Horse Show
  • NC Fall TIP Horse Show
  • Annual High Point and TIP Awards Banquet.

Additionally, the association affiliates horse shows in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and East Tennessee in order to give our members an opportunity to exhibit and showcase the Tennessee Walking Horse. Information on each of these shows can be found in our Calendar and Show Directory, which is published annually and distributed to our membership.

The association's premier event, the 2008 North Carolina Championship Horse Show will be held October 2-3-4 at the WNC Ag Center in Fletcher, NC.
